Le Méridien Bangkok’s signature restaurant Bamboo Chic will be introducing an exciting new food and beverage concept. Original and contemporary, with an eclectically Asian ambiance and an injection of the tomorrow’s Europe will set the stage for its modern take on fine exotic cuisine including Japanese, Chinese and Thai.

The menu reflects an assortment of cuisine from various Japanese culinary, coastal Chinese regions and authentic Thai with a twist. Be tempted by the raw bar to Teppanyaki grills where all seafood, sushi and Yakiniku will be on display. The bar offers a full range of international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a creative cocktail list dominated by a martini selection of Asian fusions. In the dining room, guests will not only be able to enjoy an extensive wine list but also a superb range of sakes, sojus and shojus.
